Born in San Sebastian, Judith Jáuregui has become one of today’s most captivating young Spanish pianists. She took her first musical steps in her hometown and completed her studies with the Russian master Vadim Suchanov in Munich. In recent years she has been enthusiastically received on leading stages both in Europe and Asia.
Highlights of her engagements for the 2018/2019 season include concerts at leading Spanish halls such as at the Liceo de Cámara of the National Auditorium in Madrid or the Luis García Iberni Piano Days at Auditorio Principe in Oviedo, as well as at festivals in Badajoz, Bilbao, Soria and Úbeda. Other engagements will take her to the Czech Republic and Switzerland together with the Hradec Králové Philharmonic, to the Festival Presènces Féminines of Toulon in France, the Menuhin Festival in Gstaad or the Porto PianoFest in Portugal.
In 2013 Jáuregui created her own record label BerliMusic, under which she has recorded works of different composers and periods: from Debussy, Liszt and Mompou to Albéniz, Granados and Falla or Scriabin, Szymanowski and Chopin.
